When your boss uses the buzzword “Go Offline”….

I have been in a meeting and raised an important issue relating to some decisions made by the team which I strongly feels would affect the company in the future. I was told to take it offline. Hmmm, it means never to discuss again. True enough, the matter was never discussed ever again. This is really common everywhere in any company. Although the article below gave a very petty example, there are many issues raised which would remain under the carpet.
