I am thankful for Zumba and for friends who consistently joins me every Tuesday and Thursday. It is the only consistent exercise I do in the last 2 months. I ride the stationary bike every morning ( ok…not every morning ).
At least i get to 1000 calories a week on zumba and a few hundreds on the bike. I am healthy with no sickness or disease. Alhamdulillah. Thank you, Allah!!
